Are you an adult 18 and up? Sign up to go to Jamaica with our Encounter team! We are a group dedicated to serving the Lord and changing the world, and we send adults all over the world for the Glory of God.
We are sending out a team to Kingston, Jamaica from June 2 – June 8. Kingston is the capitol of Jamaica, and it is located in the southwest region of the country. It is a city of great cultural influence in Jamaica, but poverty runs rampant. The light of God is desperately needed in this area.
There will be opportunities for many different types of ministry in Kingston. For part of the summer, we will be working with blind children at the Salvation Army School for the Blind. Close by, there is a home for widows and orphans that we will be visiting and assisting. We will also be doing street evangelism and ministering to the local people in the city of Kingston.
